BidPacto automates the response side of formal procurement — RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, and vendor questionnaires. You upload the request package in whatever form the buyer sent it (Word, Excel, PDF, or a portal question export), connect a library of approved company content, and it drafts source-backed answers against your previous proposals, product docs, security notes, and case studies rather than from generic model knowledge. The design assumption running through the product is that unreviewed AI output is unusable in this context: every draft answer carries a review state, unsupported or missing responses are flagged rather than confidently filled in, a compliance matrix tracks requirements and deadlines, and nothing exports until a human clears it. Final output goes out as a Word proposal, a PDF draft, or a CSV answer matrix for spreadsheet review. The vendor states it does not train on customer data. Three free tools sit in front of the paid product and are usable without an account: an RFP risk checker, a proposal answer checker that flags unsupported claims and generic wording in a single draft answer, and a bid/no-bid checker that scores pursuit fit, deadlines, competition, and capacity before a team commits. Pricing is unusually transparent for the category and is anchored on how many complete response projects you submit.
