BeepMate forwards email to WhatsApp. A user is issued a private email address; anything sent to it arrives as a WhatsApp message in a personal chat or a group, attachments included. The design decision that makes it broadly useful is that no WhatsApp Business account is required, which is normally the barrier for a small team wanting programmatic WhatsApp delivery. Because the input is an ordinary email address, it connects to anything that can send mail or hit an HTTP endpoint — the site documents Gmail, Shopify, WordPress, Framer and n8n, and publishes code examples and a GET/POST API. The published use cases are the ones where a channel switch actually changes response time: order notifications to a sales group, server and monitoring alerts to an IT team, support tickets forwarded to a shared group, and deadline notifications for project teams. The AI layer sits between the inbox and the forward rather than at the destination: paid tiers use AI to summarise emails before delivery so a long message arrives as a readable notification, and to filter for importance so the WhatsApp thread does not become the noisy inbox it was meant to replace. Group delivery is a paid feature, with one group on the entry paid tier and up to ten above it. The free tier is permanent at 20 notifications a day with a personal Gmail connection and no credit card.
