AskHandle is a no-code AI agent platform whose distinguishing idea is that a support agent should route before it answers. Most chatbot builders hand every incoming message to one model with one big prompt and hope the retrieval picks the right document. AskHandle puts a dispatcher in front instead: an incoming question is classified into an intent first, the orchestrator activates exactly one route rather than lighting up every path, and only then does that route pull data and trigger the next step. In practice that means a pricing question goes down the lead-generation flow, a returns question goes down the service-policy flow, and an inventory question goes down the product-catalog flow — each with its own data sources and its own follow-up actions. Agents are assembled in a drag-and-drop builder that connects documents, spreadsheets and workflows, and the platform is explicit about retrieving exact values rather than paraphrasing them, which is the failure mode that makes generic RAG chatbots unusable for anything with a number in it. Deployment is omnichannel — web widget plus WhatsApp, with a dedicated WhatsApp business number sold as a separate add-on — and responses are multilingual. Every plan gets full platform access from day one; moving up a tier buys credits and capacity, not features, which is a friendlier shape than the usual gated-feature ladder.
