Third-party integrations connect the tools the process already touches, and scheduled task runs let a workflow fire without anyone opening the app. Pricing is per-workspace with generous app and agent limits rather than per-app metering: the Pro tier at $59/month gives one workspace member unlimited apps, unlimited AI coworkers, 25GB storage, 50,000 database records and 300 scheduled task runs a month, with Growth and higher tiers adding collaborators. Annual billing gives two months free. The honest caveat is that this is a category with well-funded incumbents, and Appaca's differentiation is the AI-native agent layer rather than the app builder itself.
