Adapto CMS is a flat-rate headless CMS built around a specific complaint about the category: every CMS starts cheap and then the invoice climbs through per-seat charges, per-locale add-ons, feature-gated tiers and overage fees. Adapto's answer is that every feature ships at every tier including the free one, and you upgrade for usage rather than capability — unlimited projects, collaborators, collections and translations regardless of plan. The bundle is deliberately wide so the surrounding stack collapses: content API, media CDN, image optimisation, localisation and webhooks in one dashboard behind one key, replacing the common arrangement of a CMS plus Cloudinary plus S3 plus a separate CDN and the four invoices and four failure points that come with it. The API is framework-agnostic REST, with starter documentation for Astro, Next.js, SvelteKit, Nuxt and Remix, and it works from a single fetch() if you would rather not adopt an SDK. There is a declared agent-ready posture too, including Agent skills for Claude Code and a documented path to an API key in under four minutes, which matters if content is being written or migrated by an agent rather than a human editor.
