Can I get a refund on my annual Jasper plan?
Generally no. Jasper's terms treat fees as non-refundable and there is no published pro-rata mid-term refund for annual plans. Cancelling stops the renewal; it does not return the unused portion. Ask support@jasper.ai if there are exceptional circumstances.
Why can't I find the cancel button?
Plans & Billing is visible only to workspace owners and admins. If you are a member, the person who created the workspace has to cancel it.
Do I lose my brand voice and documents?
