WP AI Forms is a WordPress plugin that builds and edits forms from a natural-language description instead of from a drag-and-drop builder. You type what the form should be — a contact form, a survey, a multi-step registration — and the plugin generates the fields, layout and validation as native Gutenberg blocks, so the result is ordinary WordPress content rather than an embed from a third-party service or a shortcode wrapping an opaque widget. Editing works the same way: instructions like "make name two columns" or "add a phone field" are applied to the existing form without rebuilding it. The part that separates it from the generic AI-form-builder pitch is that actions are covered too. Telling it to send an email to a specific address on success, or to POST the submission to a webhook, or to create a post from the entry, configures that action rather than leaving you in a settings panel afterwards. Submissions land in a dashboard inside the site, styling options are exposed for matching a theme, and multi-step forms are supported. Licensing is per-site and annual, with a free trial before any charge, which puts it in the freelancer-and-agency lane rather than the SaaS-subscription one — the Agency tier is explicitly sold as making the plugin a standard part of every client build.
