UnifAPI packages prebuilt marketing research agents that run inside the assistant a marketer already pays for — Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and around twenty-seven other MCP clients — rather than in a dashboard of its own. The agents cover SEO and SERP tracking, AI visibility, influencer research and competitor research, and they read live public data on a strictly read-only basis, which is the correct posture for research tooling that will be pointed at third-party properties. The billing model is the interesting part and the reason it fits the agent-era catalog: there is no subscription and no separate LLM key, because the assistant's existing plan handles inference and UnifAPI charges only for the records its calls return, at $0.001 per record. Provider-backed operations carry a per-call minimum, and the site marks each operation with a $, $$ or $$$ tag whose exact floor is printed next to it and generated from the OpenAPI billing contract rather than written by hand — so the cost model is documented at the same place as the schema. Calls returning fewer records than the minimum still bill the minimum, which the vendor states plainly. A direct HTTP path exists for teams that would rather not go through MCP.
