Truelist is an email-validation platform whose entire differentiation sits on the case every competitor punts: the catch-all domain. A catch-all accepts mail for any local part, so a standard SMTP probe cannot distinguish a real mailbox from a typo and returns 'unknown', which for a B2B list is where most of the addresses land and where most of the value is lost. Truelist runs a layered enhanced validation that resolves many of those domains rather than shrugging at them, and — importantly for the economics — only charges the enhanced rate on the addresses where standard validation actually came back unknown. It claims up to twice the accuracy of competitors on that basis. The delivery surfaces cover both ends of the workflow: bulk list verification through the dashboard, a developer API with SDKs and libraries for real-time form and signup validation, import validation, automated recurring list hygiene, a Chrome extension, and an MCP server so an AI assistant can validate addresses as a tool call. Native integrations reach Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Zapier and Make. Two commercial models sit side by side rather than as tiers of one ladder — credits that never expire with volume discounts applied automatically, or flat unlimited plans priced by commitment length for teams validating millions a month. Add-ons extend past validation into deliverability monitoring for DMARC, SPF, DKIM and blacklist changes, and into managed outbound sending infrastructure with warmed mailboxes and enforced caps.
