You create a project, export your design with the supplied Altium script or KiCad plugin, and upload it; Traceformer pulls the relevant component datasheets automatically, then runs electrical design checks scoped to the subsystems you choose. The output is not a generic lint list — each issue comes with datasheet-backed evidence you can step through, which matters because the expensive schematic mistakes are precisely the ones that require reading a part's absolute-maximum table or its recommended-application circuit rather than pattern-matching on net names. Two workflow details set it apart from a black-box review: you pick which model runs the review, and you see the cost of a run before you buy it, so a large project does not silently burn a month of credits. Billing runs on monthly credits that roll over, with per-review limits on component count and datasheet count rising through the tiers.
