Timeless, previously shipped as timeOS and still served from timeos.ai, is a meeting assistant built on the premise that the conversation itself is the prompt. Rather than producing a transcript and stopping, it listens for the moment in a conversation that implies work — someone says they will send the proposal — and wakes an agent to start building it. Conversations are organised into Rooms grouped around a client, project or topic, and each Room wakes the agents relevant to it automatically, so context does not have to be re-supplied per meeting. Meeting notes are produced in over 60 languages, follow-up emails are drafted in the user's own voice, and scheduling links are handled in the same tool. Agents are customisable through moment-based triggers, which is the configuration surface that turns the notetaker into an automation platform. There are native desktop applications for macOS and Windows, and more than fifteen integrations including Notion and Google Drive, with a premium integration set on paid tiers. The top self-serve plan is aimed explicitly at developers: unlimited API access, unlimited MCP server access, and webhooks with real-time events, which makes the meeting record queryable by other agents rather than locked in a notes app. Storage for recordings, transcripts and artefacts is unlimited on paid plans, along with AI chat across all past conversations.
