Echo is a meeting assistant that joins calls on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Slack, records and transcribes them, and delivers a structured summary with action items once the call ends. The basics are well covered — calendar sync so it joins automatically, video recording alongside the transcript, transcription and translation across 99-plus languages, and AI search across the organisation's entire meeting history by person, topic or date. Two features push it past the standard notetaker. The first is sentiment and participation analysis: it gauges the tone of a meeting and tracks talk-time per participant, which is the sort of thing sales managers and consultants actually act on. The second is an MCP bridge to Claude, which means the meeting corpus is queryable from an agent rather than trapped in the vendor's own search box — a meaningful difference if your workflows already run through an assistant. Echo can also be white-labelled with your own logo and name so it appears to participants as an internal tool, and it can be sent as a delegate to meetings you cannot attend, sitting in to record and synthesise while you do something else. CRM integrations cover HubSpot and Salesforce on the paid tier. The vendor reports over a million meetings and 5,000-plus teams, is GDPR-compliant, and raised £2M.
