The vendor's framing of the problem is concrete: teams currently use MS Paint for screenshots, Loom for explanations, Slack to notify developers and Asana to track progress, and Tether collapses that chain into one click. In-app screen capture puts screen recording one click away with markup options, and reports arrive carrying the technical context a developer needs rather than a prose description. The Pro tier adds console log recording, event hooks and custom data passthrough, which is what makes a report reproducible.
