Tarkle sells three white-label platforms as one subscription rather than three line items: Send for large file transfer and delivery tracking, Portal for selling productized services and delivering client projects, and Crew, an invite-only contractor portal for hiring and managing independent workers. The audience is digital and creative agencies, freelancers and small studios — teams that would otherwise be paying separately for a WeTransfer-class transfer tool, a client portal and some contractor admin, each with its own branding and each sending the client somewhere that is not your domain. Send handles up to 50GB per transfer with 1TB of storage on the entry plan, unlimited transfers and requests, file expiration and access revocation, password and email protection, hosted video and audio, and the ability to sell files and collect payment through Stripe — which turns a delivery link into a checkout. Document requests run in the other direction, so client-supplied assets arrive in the same system. Custom branding, custom domains and custom email are included at the entry tier rather than reserved for an enterprise plan, which is the point of a white-label product and the thing competitors most often gate. The $59 Pro tier adds ten seats, team roles and custom permissions, AI Assist across all three apps, removal of the 'Powered by Tarkle' badge, 3TB of storage, 100GB transfers, real-time Slack notifications, view-only transfers, burn-after-read, 90-day file recovery and embedding. Entry is $29/month for five seats and unlimited profiles. A domain registration and management product and a first-party services studio are also offered. There is a 7-day free trial.
