Tability is an OKR and goal-tracking platform that has been rebuilt around a mixed human-and-agent workforce rather than only adding an AI assistant to the side. The classical half is complete: a plan editor for writing objectives and key results, weekly check-in rituals, a strategy map that cascades and aligns goals across an organisation, tasks and initiatives tracked in the context of the objective they serve, async standups, dashboards, presentation mode and one-click reporting. The AI half runs deeper than summarisation — AI-assisted goal editing that pushes back on vague OKRs, an automated progress tracker, instant AI retrospectives, an assistant called Tabby, and an Agent Manager for deploying autonomous agents that own a goal end to end by writing, researching and reporting against it. Notably for anyone building agent tooling, Tability ships an MCP server, so Claude and Codex agents can be pointed at goals directly rather than through a bespoke integration. Integrations cover Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira and Linear. The positioning scales from a solo founder with no team through growth-stage companies to enterprises with thousands of people and hundreds of goals, and pricing is per user with two months free on annual billing. The argument for the small end is specific: a ten-person team that offloads coordination overhead to agents executes like a fifty-person one, with the humans setting strategy and the agents handling writing, research and reporting against it.
