Supaship is a feature-flag and runtime-configuration platform for engineering teams that want to separate deploying code from releasing it. Flags are boolean toggles and JSON-backed configuration objects evaluated at runtime, so a feature can be turned on, dialled back to a percentage of traffic, or killed outright without shipping a build. The JSON side is aimed squarely at AI work: model names, temperatures, prompt fragments and other settings that a team wants to tune between releases live in an AI config rather than in the repository, which means an engineer can change model behaviour in production without a deploy and roll it back the moment quality drops. Around that sit the pieces the category expects — percentage rollouts for gradual release, targeting by user attributes and segments, rule scheduling so a targeting rule can carry its own start and end time, instant rollback, audit logs, and analytics on how often each flag evaluates and to what. SDKs cover more than fifteen languages and frameworks, and evaluation is measured in events rather than seats, so an unlimited number of teammates can manage flags on any plan.
