Skippership is a behavioural analytics platform combining session replay, heatmaps and goal tracking with an AI layer that surfaces patterns rather than leaving them for you to find in the recordings. Session replays reconstruct how a real visitor moved through a site or web application, which is the instrument for diagnosing friction that aggregate numbers only imply. Heatmaps show where clicks, taps and scroll attention actually land, including which regions are ignored. Goal tracking measures the actions that matter — signups, purchases, form completions — and ties them back to the journeys that produced them. Alongside those, it captures console errors and warnings without limit on every tier, which is a useful pairing: a replay of a broken session is far more actionable when the JavaScript error that broke it is attached. User journey discovery, automatic data capture, user action tracking and panel filters are also unlimited across all tiers, including the free one. What is metered is session volume, heatmap and goal counts, and data retention, which runs from 60 days on the free plan to a year at the top. Installation is a lightweight script tag. The free plan requires no credit card and covers 1,500 sessions a month across unlimited websites.
