Shootmail is a library of responsive transactional email templates for SaaS products, plus the CMS layer that stops those emails from being hardcoded. The template set covers the full lifecycle a SaaS actually sends — welcome, authentication, onboarding, billing and subscription state changes, trial sequences, order status, retention and win-back — and each can be recoloured to a brand palette and edited visually in a Notion-like editor before export as clean HTML. The second half of the product is the more interesting one, and it addresses a specific recurring annoyance: normally, changing a button colour or a line of copy in a transactional email means a code change and a deploy. Shootmail's Email CMS is set up once via a lightweight SDK, after which marketing edits and ships email changes from the dashboard with no developer involvement. The SDK covers 10+ email providers and includes built-in retry queues for send failures. Positioning is developer-first — install once, hand the keys to marketing.
