Its framing is that generation now happens at machine speed while verification is still manual, and the gap between the two is where agent-authored defects reach main. Shipmoor composes evidence from your existing builds, tests, code review, and deterministic scans into a single reproducible verdict answering one question: did this change actually do what was asked? The distinctive piece is Claim Check — a binding verdict combining a deterministic floor with an intent-fidelity judge, comparing what an author or agent claimed a change does against what it demonstrably does, with no source upload and support for bringing your own judge model. Around that sit several delivery surfaces. The always-free CLI runs local scans with no source leaving the machine. A CI Gate blocks agent-introduced defects pre-commit and in CI before they merge. Code Review is advisory only — local, bring-your-own-agent, and explicitly never gating, which is an unusually disciplined product decision.
