ShieldLabs identifies visitors hiding behind VPNs, proxies and anti-detect browsers and scores the risk of each visit, so an operator can block multi-accounting, bonus abuse and fake signups before they cost money. The unit of the product is an identification: every visit resolves to a set of identifiers — visitor ID, device ID, user hardware ID, session ID and cookie ID — plus cross-session linking, anonymity signals and a behavioural risk score, which together let the platform recognise one person operating several accounts. Detection is delivered through an API and webhooks rather than a dashboard-only workflow, so a risk score can gate a signup, a bonus claim or a checkout inline, with detailed risk analytics available for review afterwards. Pricing is transparent in a way that is unusual for the fraud category: every plan ships the complete detection stack with no feature gating, and the tiers differ only on identification volume, domain count, API rate limit and SLA, with the per-identification rate published for each. Overage is on by default on paid plans and hard-capped on the free plan, and data retention is 12 months on every tier. The vendor targets iGaming, cryptocurrency, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, travel, marketplaces, ticketing, gaming and streaming. A free tier covers 5,000 one-time identifications with a stated five-minute setup and no credit card.
