RTILA is desktop web-automation and scraping software that you compile into standalone agents and ship — which is the part that separates it from the hosted scraping category. RTILA Studio is the flagship Windows, macOS and Linux app for building automations with conditions, API calls and 300+ documented functions; the free Launcher runs compiled .bot files for people who never touch Studio; a Chrome extension helps find short, resilient CSS locators; and a Cloud API in free beta connects flows to Zapier, Make and Pabbly. The commercial model is what an agency actually wants: on the Agency and Enterprise tiers your compiled bots carry reseller rights, so you can sell an automation as standalone software, a self-hosted SaaS backend, or a dataset/API product under your own brand and terms. On the Business tier bots are locked to the device that compiled them. Documented workloads are data mining and input, competitor and price monitoring with triggered flows, and data enrichment and cleanup, and the vendor demonstrates local Llama 3.2 and Llama 3.2 Vision running against flows so image-to-text and content generation stay on your machine rather than going to a cloud model. Offline behaviour is tiered explicitly: Business needs a license check on every launch, Agency caches locally for up to a week, and Enterprise can run a local cloud server entirely on your own network.
