Reztune is a resume tailoring tool built around one base resume matched repeatedly against individual job descriptions. A user uploads an existing resume or builds one in the editor, pastes the job posting they are targeting, and the tool rewrites the summary, bullets and skills so the document speaks to that specific role, then exports a clean ATS-ready PDF. The distinguishing constraint is stated plainly on the marketing page: the rewrite draws only on material already present in the source resume and does not invent experience the candidate does not have — the before/after example shows a vague responsibility line rewritten into a specific accomplishment using facts already implied, not fabricated metrics. A live match score reports which posting requirements are met, partially met and missing, and updates as the resume changes whether the edit came from the tool or from the user typing directly; the vendor labels this an estimated alignment rather than a hiring prediction, which is a more honest framing than most of the category. Each match also produces a cover letter drawn from the resume and the posting, fully editable in the app. An application pipeline tracks every job matched, recording which resume version was sent and where the application stands, with room for notes such as salary or interview times, so the tailoring tool and the job tracker are the same product rather than two.
