The first is grouping: after the capture phase, where everyone posts observations about the sprint, the AI clusters related cards into themes rather than leaving a facilitator to drag forty sticky notes around while the meeting runs down. The second is action generation, where voting results are turned into concrete, assignable action items instead of vague resolutions. The third is insights, which reads the board from both a team-lead and a project-lead perspective and offers suggestions about team performance and health, including patterns across boards over time rather than only within one session. The flow is the standard capture, group, vote, act sequence, with collaboration in real time so remote participants are not disadvantaged, and templates for Went Well, Start Stop Continue, Mad Sad Glad and 4Ls plus custom boards. A Jira integration pushes action items straight into the backlog at the moment they are created, which is the step most retros lose.
