About RankSurf

RankSurf is an AI-visibility tracker built around a specific argument: models do not invent recommendations, they repeat the third-party pages they already trust, so the useful unit of work is not your homepage but the Reddit threads, G2 listings and review listicles the engine actually read. The product runs your tracked prompts daily through official APIs for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overview, then for each answer reports whether you were cited, how you ranked against named competitors and the sentiment of the mention. Where it goes further than a dashboard is the Answer Sources view, which ranks the specific external pages each engine pulled from by reach, shows which rival brands appeared in those same answers, and hands back a source-specific playbook for working each one. It also runs an accuracy monitor, a Truth Accuracy Rate that flags factual errors models state about your brand, and re-crawls a page after you ship a fix to confirm when the citation has actually been earned. Directory get-listed tracking and Reddit monitoring are included on every tier. A free scan runs with no signup and returns results in about thirty seconds. The vendor reports 73+ brands tracking their AI visibility on the platform, and publishes a comparison section and a set of free tools alongside the paid product.
