RambleFix turns spoken words into finished writing. It works two ways depending on how you think out loud: a web application records conversations and meetings and produces transcripts, summaries and extracted action items, and a Mac application dictates polished text directly into whatever app is focused — email client, editor, ticket tracker, browser form. The second mode is the more interesting one, because it removes the copy-paste step that makes most dictation tools not worth the setup: you speak, and finished prose lands where the cursor already is. The output is edited rather than merely transcribed, so filler words, false starts and the circling that characterises spontaneous speech are cleaned up while the phrasing still reads as yours. Typical outputs the vendor documents include emails, articles, summaries and action plans, plus meeting minutes from a recording. More than thirty languages are supported. The audiences are people who compose faster by speaking than by typing, anyone who spends a disproportionate share of the day rewriting emails to get the tone right, and teams who want meeting notes without assigning a scribe. The vendor reports over 7,800 users. Both the browser app and the Mac download are reachable from the site, and pricing is published as a subscription.
