About Qria

Qria is a customer feedback platform for small and multi-location businesses that unifies two streams normally handled by separate tools: public reviews and first-party feedback. Public reviews are pulled nightly from Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor and other sources, while first-party feedback is collected through forms the business builds inside Qria — star ratings, open text and multiple choice — distributed by a branded link or a print-ready QR code placed wherever customers physically are. Both streams land in the same place and are summarised in plain language rather than presented as a dashboard of scores. The AI layer does three things: weekly summaries of what is working and what keeps coming up, sentiment analysis and trend tracking, and a chat interface that answers direct questions against the feedback corpus — the vendor's own example being 'What did customers say about parking?', which is exactly the kind of specific operational question a rating average cannot answer. Per-question analytics break results down field by field. The organisational model is the multi-location differentiator: the entry tier covers a single business unit with three user accounts, while the higher tier adds multiple business units with side-by-side location comparison, which is what a small chain needs to tell one underperforming site from another. Custom branding on forms — logo, colours, fonts and QR styling — is reserved for the higher tier. Pricing is shown in GBP and USD.
