Proveify addresses the specific failure that makes most freelance testimonials worthless: the client is willing, but left to their own devices writes "great working with you", which is pleasant and completely unusable as proof. The flow removes the writing burden from both sides. A collection link goes out by email, WhatsApp or anywhere else; the client opens it without creating an account and answers three short questions in their own words, which takes under two minutes. Proveify then produces three polished versions of what they actually said — concise, casual and professional — and the client picks the one that sounds most like them and approves it, with the approval timestamped. Nothing is published that the client has not signed off, which is what makes the AI rewriting defensible rather than a fabrication risk. Publishing is a single iframe line that renders the approved testimonials on Webflow, WordPress, Framer, Carrd, Squarespace or plain HTML. Low ratings stay private and never reach the public widget, so the collection link can be sent to every client rather than only the ones expected to be happy. The vendor names its audience as freelancers, agencies, consultants, designers, developers and coaches — people whose next contract depends on what the last client says.
