About Promptmate

Promptmate is a builder for small AI applications assembled from prompt chains, external data and bulk input, aimed at marketers and operators rather than developers. An app is a sequence of steps: you chain prompts together, choose a different AI system per step where that helps, and attach Data Extenders that pull external data into the prompt so outputs are grounded in something current rather than in the model's memory. Model choice spans ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral AI, Stability AI and Perplexity from a dropdown, and a single workflow can mix them. The feature that separates it from prompt libraries is bulk processing: upload a CSV, run the whole app across every row, and export to CSV or Google Sheets — which turns a one-off prompt into a repeatable production job over a list of accounts, keywords or URLs. Zapier integration pushes results onward automatically, into ActiveCampaign, Gmail, Google Sheets, WordPress posts or social platforms. A public template gallery gives working starting points — a 28-topic content plan with long-form captions from a URL and a goal, a social-listening app that tracks trending topics and sentiment and flags potential crises, a competitor LinkedIn and Google keyword analysis, an SEO blog outline-and-draft writer, and a structured marketing-plan builder — all editable.
