Promptless watches your product change and proposes the documentation updates that should follow, so writers spend their time on the parts of the job that need judgment. When code, APIs, or product behavior shift, it drafts the corresponding doc edits, follows your existing style guide, and refreshes screenshots that have gone stale, then hands the change to a human to review, edit, and merge. It is toolchain-agnostic by design and fits alongside whatever docs stack a team already runs rather than asking them to migrate. The product has since extended the same idea from customer-facing docs to the instruction layer that AI coding agents read: a centralized hub for skills, subagents, hooks, and AGENTS.md files, with native plugins for Claude Code and Codex plus a Gemini CLI extension. It analyzes session traces across a fleet of agent runs, flags instructions that have gone stale or that conflict with each other, and proposes remediations the team reviews and merges — with trace analysis running on the customer's own systems.
