Prompts are stored in folders with tags, notes and permissions, each folder and prompt gets a unique URL for public or private sharing, and built-in search means finding, copying and running one takes a few clicks rather than a scroll through history. Comments sit on the prompts themselves, so iteration is a conversation attached to the artefact instead of a Slack thread that loses the context. Variables handle the case that makes prompt reuse painful — the same structure applied to a different client, product or team — by parameterising the parts that change. On the Business tier you can run ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini inside PromptDrive itself rather than switching tabs, on a bring-your-own-API-key model, which is the reason the per-seat price stays low: you pay the model provider directly and PromptDrive charges only for the workspace, which for a team using the free tiers of those chat products is usually cheaper than seats on each. A free Chrome extension surfaces your prompts inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Midjourney.
