PageBrain builds AI add-ons for Atlassian products, distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace with one-click install and no infrastructure to run. Its flagship app, Copilot AI, is an assistant that answers questions directly from a team's Confluence and Jira content — grounded in the organisation's own knowledge rather than a general model's training data — and, critically, respects every Confluence and Jira permission and restriction, so an answer never surfaces content the asker was not entitled to see. That permission-awareness is the hard part of retrieval over an enterprise wiki and the main reason teams reject generic RAG bolt-ons. A second app, Essentials, embeds Google Docs, Sheets and Slides plus Microsoft Office files directly inside Confluence pages, bundling ten integrations into one lightweight add-on rather than requiring a separate install per file type. The company describes itself as a small team focused on making organisational knowledge actually usable, and its footer lists several sibling projects (ComfyICU, PromptSearch, Lexeme), which is consistent with a small indie studio shipping multiple products.
