NPSpack collects Net Promoter Score feedback through a single script tag and sells the result as a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, which is an unusual position in a category where the incumbents meter responses. Setup is one copy-paste: a widget script carrying a site ID goes anywhere on the page and the survey is live, with the vendor claiming a first response the same day and setup under five minutes. Responses feed a real-time dashboard showing the current score, the free-text feedback behind it and the trend over time, with filtering and export. Every plan collects unlimited responses — there is no per-response charge at any tier, which is the whole pitch, since a growing site does not create a growing bill. The site also does the educational work of explaining the metric itself: promoters at 9–10, passives at 7–8, detractors at 0–6, a score running from −100 to +100 computed as the promoter percentage minus the detractor percentage, plus a longer NPS guide and a free score calculator. The intended buyers are named explicitly as indie hackers, agencies, SaaS founders and e-commerce operators, and the Pro pack's white-label option is aimed at agencies reselling the widget to clients.
