Journey replaces the sales follow-up email — the one with a deck attached, three PDFs, a Drive folder and a call-recording link — with a single branded page a buyer can forward to the people who actually decide. The pitch, the case studies, the pricing sheet and the recording all live in one place, sequenced so a busy stakeholder has a clear path through them, and the seller gets analytics on who opened what and how long they stayed. That forwarding behaviour is the point: a folder of attachments dies at the first recipient, whereas a link travels through a buying committee and keeps reporting back. Content blocks are unlimited on every tier, comments work throughout, and recipients never need to log in. Higher tiers add an AI chatbot over the page contents, gated access controls, session replays, a custom NDA gate, Slack notifications and integrations with Clay, Zapier and others. Organisational templates let a team standardise what a Journey looks like rather than letting each rep improvise. Pricing is per user with a two-Journey free tier for evaluation, and a custom domain is a flat add-on at any tier. Roadmap items published on the pricing page include user roles, webhooks and personalised video recording inside a Journey.
