Custom transformers and validators let a team encode its own rules; webhooks push completed imports downstream; a dashboard reports records imported, success rate and per-file metadata so support can answer 'what happened to my upload' without a log dig. The integration surface is deliberately framework-agnostic, with documented paths for React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, a plain Web Component and vanilla JavaScript, which is what makes it usable inside an existing app rather than a rewrite. The privacy posture is the other notable design decision: file contents are processed in the browser and never reach importOK's servers, which the vendor uses to argue that most customers need no DPA.
