About IceCubes

IceCubes is an AI meeting assistant with one structural decision that changes its economics: it captures through a browser extension rather than by sending a bot into the call. No bot means nothing joins the meeting, nothing appears in the participant list, and there is no per-bot cost to pass on — which is why transcription on Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams is unlimited and free on every plan including the free one, with AI summaries and AI notes also free and unlimited. What you actually pay for is credits, spent on the heavier analysis: action items and next steps, sales insights scored against MEDDIC and BANT, competitor detection, and IceCubesGPT, which answers questions across multiple meetings rather than one. The extension approach has a natural edge, which the vendor states rather than hides: in-person conversations, phone calls, webinars and platforms the extension cannot reach are captured separately and are the thing that is rate-limited by plan. Beyond capture there is speaker identification, editable transcripts and renameable speakers, meeting screenshots, cross-meeting search, labels and tags, custom summarisation templates, smart auto-tagging and multi-language output. A Live Assist knowledge base surfaces material during a call, and an AI call-coaching agent scores sellers against custom competency rubrics with manager review, score overrides and a team dashboard. The security posture is stated plainly: end-to-end encryption, zero AI retention, and export or delete on demand.
