FeedbackWall is an in-app survey SDK for iOS built on a blunt observation that its own homepage makes better than most: the overwhelming majority of users who churn never tell you why. Email-us-your-feedback converts at roughly a tenth of a percent, feedback portals at about one percent because they demand a login and an essay, and App Store reviews are a complaint channel rather than a research channel, so what reaches the team is noise with a negative skew. The fix is to ask inside the product at the moment the answer is cheap: a one-tap question rendered natively, answerable in about two seconds, targeted at whichever screen or moment the developer chooses. Surveys are authored in a web dashboard and delivered to the SDK, so question wording and targeting change without an App Store review cycle — the operational detail that decides whether a feedback programme survives past its first sprint. Responses land in an analytics view with export, and the tiers are cut on the two variables that actually scale: how many apps are attached and how many submitted responses arrive per month, with surveys themselves unlimited on every plan. The pricing is unusually honest for the category: payment details are taken upfront for the fourteen-day trial and the site says so plainly, and billing runs through Paddle so tax handling is not the developer's problem.
