Documents arrive by email or upload, are classified with a confidence score and de-duplicated, then extracted for vendor, amount, date and GL code. The extracted transaction is matched one-to-one against the bank feed and posted to the accounting system with an audit trail retained, and the vendor's stated model is that the team reviews only the exceptions rather than every line. Integrations cover QuickBooks Online, Xero and Zoho. Beyond capture and posting, the product runs an email chase loop that pursues missing documents from vendors automatically, fraud and anomaly alerting on incoming documents, three-way purchase order matching, and profitability reporting. Its Matchpoint component handles invoice-to-AP matching specifically. The pricing structure splits cleanly into two audiences with different economics. Companies buy a single base subscription covering autonomous document processing, bank reconciliation, QuickBooks integration, document chasing, fraud alerts and profitability reports for one seat, with consumption rates applying above the included volume. Accounting firms buy a per-firm plan with the first ten clients free and a per-client fee above that, which is the model that fits a practice adding clients incrementally. Payroll and a white-labelled document exchange and reporting module are published as priced add-ons but marked coming soon.
