Cite Hustle splits the AI-search problem into the two halves most tools in the category conflate. The first is technical: whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity's crawlers can reach your pages at all, and whether the HTML they receive contains the content a reader sees. Cite Hustle runs that as a free audit with no email and no signup — it checks crawler controls and raw HTML delivery per bot, and publishes an AI crawler directory alongside it. The second half is the content workflow: research, plan, write, review and publish search-ready articles that end up in a connected WordPress or Webflow CMS through a single controlled pipeline. Two design choices in that pipeline are worth noting because they are the opposite of what most AI content tools do. Nothing publishes without human approval — the calendar is explicit that every slot is yours to move and nothing goes live until you approve it — and unsupported claims are held rather than published, so a model assertion without a citation does not silently become a page on your site. There is also an MCP server, which lets a coding agent drive the audit and the content workflow from a terminal rather than the web app. A methodology page documents what each measurement actually establishes, which is rarer than it should be in this category.
