A multi-source inbox pulls feedback in and auto-tags each item by sentiment and category. A survey module carries 30+ question types with NPS, CSAT and CES built in, plus an AI survey builder, branching logic, paths and quotas on higher tiers. Accepted requests get promoted onto a Kanban backlog that syncs two-way with Jira, Linear, Asana and Trello, so engineering does not have to leave its own tracker. When the work ships, the announcements module publishes it as an in-app banner, modal, toast or a custom-domain changelog — and its notifyRequesters feature messages the specific people who originally asked for it, which is the step most feedback tools leave to you. Analytics closes the reporting side with trend lines, NPS/CSAT/CES tracking, funnels, crosstabs, saved views and Excel/PDF export. Fourteen integrations are live, including App Store and Google Play review ingestion so mobile reviews land in the same inbox as web feedback. A security page and SSO, audit logs and IP allow-listing on Enterprise cover the procurement questions. The vendor is currently running founder pricing on a limited number of seats, which is worth noting since the locked-in rate is the difference between the discounted and list figures on both paid tiers.
