The agent is configured in plain English by describing the business and supplying whatever knowledge it should draw on, and it answers in the business's own words, captures leads and works after hours. Conversation analytics are included on every tier including the free one. The pricing is unusually legible for the category, publishing both a monthly message allowance and a daily cap for each tier, plus knowledge-base size in both kilobytes and approximate word count, which makes it possible to size a plan honestly before signing up. Model quality is tiered, with a fast model on free and both fast and smart models on paid. Branding removal, extra seats and longer conversation history come with the paid plans. When a limit is hit, paid plans can top up at $15 per 500 extra messages with credits that never expire, or turn on auto-recharge.
