Response generation drafts answers from the organisation's own approved content library, with citations attached so a reviewer can trace each claim to its source, and a trust layer governing what the models are permitted to assert. Content management handles the library itself: ownership assignment per answer, review schedules so approved content does not silently go stale, and integrations that pull source material from existing systems. Collaboration runs through Slack and Teams alongside project management features, which matters because RFP responses are cross-functional — security, legal and product all own sections — and chasing subject matter experts is the real bottleneck rather than the drafting. Separate product surfaces address the three document types distinctly: RFP software, DDQ software aimed at funds, and security questionnaire automation covering security reviews and trust portals.
