AltInsight generates the quarterly business review a managed service provider's virtual CIO would write, assembled from live data instead of assembled by hand. The problem it names is specific to MSPs and real: tickets sit in the PSA, alerts in monitoring, assets in RMM, and nobody has the hours to stitch them into a per-client narrative every quarter — so reviews slip, roadmaps go unsold, and the value delivered daily stays invisible at renewal. AltInsight ingests ServiceDesk incidents with SLA and CSAT data, resource monitoring for CPU, RAM and availability, and RMM endpoint, patch and software inventory, then correlates across them continuously. Correlation is the part that makes the output read like an engineer wrote it: a cluster of 'Teams keeps freezing' tickets gets tied to a sustained 94% RAM peak on a specific database server, which is a finding with a recommendation attached rather than two unrelated charts. The engine carries MSP domain knowledge as built-in logic — criticality rules and SLA thinking, capacity models with sustained-peak thresholds, incident-to-resource correlation, and security and lifecycle checks — which is the judgement that normally lives in two senior engineers' heads and cannot be scheduled. The report is the last step rather than the product: a finished, client-ready review with ticket counts, SLA attainment and CSAT, not a dashboard someone still has to interpret. Branded exports are included from the entry tier, and plans scale by managed client count.
