Aepto is a monitoring and management layer for a portfolio of domains, aimed at the person who owns more names than they can keep straight and whose registrars, hosts and DNS providers are scattered across half a dozen accounts. It pulls domains, websites and hosting into one dashboard and then watches them: uptime and performance checks from multiple regions, SSL certificate expiry alerts, DNS and content monitoring, email deliverability scanning, renewal reminders, and domain-theft protection. Public status pages are included on every tier and become white-labelled further up, so an operator can expose a live status surface without standing up a second product for it. The expense side is treated as a first-class feature rather than an afterthought — advance expense tracking, domain folders and domain contacts exist because a portfolio's cost and ownership records are usually as scattered as its DNS. AI credits meter the analysis layer, which runs domain analysis once or twice daily depending on tier and surfaces the findings as smart alerts rather than raw check results. Metering is by domains, AI credits, watched domains, monitoring regions and additional monitoring components, all of which scale together across the plans. The free tier requires no card and covers three domains, which makes it usable as a real trial rather than a demo.
