Transor is a browser extension that puts bilingual translation over whatever you are already reading — web pages, video subtitles, PDFs, images and text you select — rather than making you paste content into a separate translation site. The web-page mode identifies the article body and renders the translation inline alongside the original in a low-intrusion bilingual layout, which is the format that lets a reader improve a second language rather than replace it. Video subtitle translation covers YouTube, Netflix and other major platforms with real-time bilingual subtitles over the original audio. PDF translation preserves bilingual reading across academic papers and commercial contracts. Image translation combines OCR with inpainting so the translated text is composited back into the original design rather than dumped into a sidebar. Selecting any text translates it and can save it to a personal favourites collection with data export; typing in a text box and pressing space three times translates what you wrote into a target language without leaving the page. The differentiator against the incumbents is model breadth: rather than one engine, Transor routes through Microsoft Translator, Google Translate, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek and Google Gemini, with registered users given free GPT-5 translation. Extensions exist for Edge, Chrome and Firefox, with Safari, iOS and Android builds listed as coming soon. The interface and pricing page ship in both Chinese and English.
