Sendabrief writes standard operating procedures from however the knowledge already exists, then keeps them from going stale. Five input paths all converge on the same output: click through a process once in the browser with a free Chrome extension capturing each step, talk it through by voice, upload an existing document, paste a meeting transcript or recording, or type it by hand. What comes out is a numbered SOP with steps, roles and decision branches — not a transcript or a screenshot dump — placed behind an approval gate so a draft cannot become canonical without sign-off, and attached to a review schedule so every SOP is re-checked on a cadence rather than quietly rotting. Every creation method is available on every plan including the free one, which is unusual; the free tier limits the library to five saved SOPs and one user rather than withholding features. A prospective buyer can generate a complete SOP and see the whole thing before creating an account. The pricing is the product's loudest argument and the vendor spends a page on it: $49 a month flat for the entire workspace regardless of headcount, published on the pricing page with no per-seat fee, no usage meter, no setup fee and no sales call. The reasoning given is that per-seat pricing taxes readers, so teams buy fewer seats and the people left out go back to asking a colleague.
