About Seedance
Seedance is ByteDance's text-to-video and image-to-video model, built by the same Seed research team as Seedream and distributed through the Dreamina app and Volcengine API. It generates short video clips with notably smooth, consistent motion and camera movement, an area where many competing video models still show flicker or drift, and it has posted strong results on public video-generation benchmarks alongside Kling and Wan.
