Review Butler attacks the collection end of social proof rather than the display end. Its argument is that most small businesses do not need review-management software; they need enough reviews to have a management problem in the first place, and the thing blocking that is the blank page a customer faces when asked to write one. So the flow inverts: you enter your own business details and your customer's, Review Butler drafts a plausible testimonial on the customer's behalf, and the customer receives it to edit, regenerate or approve rather than to compose. Only after their explicit approval does the testimonial count as collected, which keeps a human signature on the final text. The product tracks the send, the approval and the reminder cycle, supports bulk import of reviewers from a CRM, and lets you set the length and tone of the drafted text; video and audio testimonials are listed on the roadmap. There is a working free tier that collects up to three testimonials a month with reviewer regenerations included, and paid tiers are published with figures but currently marked Coming Soon, including a reseller plan for agencies collecting on behalf of other businesses. The free tier is a working plan rather than a countdown, so the response-rate claim can be tested against real customers before any money changes hands.
