Respan is an LLM engineering platform that unifies four things teams usually buy separately: observability and tracing, evaluations, prompt optimisation, and an AI gateway. The workflow it describes runs trace, evaluate, optimise, deploy, monitor — so the same platform that records what your agent did also scores it and feeds the result back into the prompt. The integration surface is unusually wide for an independent tool: Python and JS/TS SDKs, plus native support for the OpenAI SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Vercel AI SDK, Mastra, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Google GenAI, Mem0, Cognee, AssemblyAI, Linkup and PostHog. On the model side the Respan Gateway fronts OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Groq, Fireworks, Together AI, Perplexity, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex, so provider routing is part of the platform rather than a separate proxy. Metering is transparent and per-unit: logs and evaluation scores are the billed dimensions, with published overage rates of $8 per 100k additional logs and $1 per 1k additional scores, and additional seats at $15 per member on the Team plan. Enterprise adds custom SLAs, a dedicated support engineer and a HIPAA BAA, with PII masking and SOC 2 reporting; HIPAA compliance is a $249/month add-on.
