Quilgo

About Quilgo

Quilgo is an online assessment platform with an unusual commercial model: unlimited tests, unlimited team members and unlimited test-takers on every plan, with billing based on concurrent usage instead. The vendor claims that makes it up to ten times more cost-efficient than per-seat or per-candidate pricing, and for the organisations it targets — schools, olympiad organisers, training providers, recruiters and businesses running periodic hiring rounds — that is likely true, because the load is spiky rather than steady. The proctoring stack is the substance: camera tracking, screen tracking, forced tracking, face match and a countdown timer, with automated reporting afterwards. Beyond its own platform, Quilgo works as an add-on for Google Forms and Google Classroom and as a plugin for Moodle, so an institution can keep the tooling it already uses and add timing and proctoring on top rather than migrating its question bank. AI quiz templates help build assessments, and test-takers do not need to register — they enter an access code and start, which removes the largest source of support tickets in this category. The vendor reports 30 million tests hosted across 80+ countries and a 4.8/5 rating, and the interface is available in seven languages — English, Spanish, Indonesian, Portuguese, French and Hindi among them. Named references include a community quiz game, a long-running trainer and a reporting partner at Canva, and the free trial covers 20 tests with unlimited quizzes and team members before any card is required.
