Prized is an AI internal-tool builder aimed at the people who actually need internal tools and never get them: support, finance, revenue operations and general operations teams whose requests sit at the bottom of an engineering backlog forever. You describe the tool in plain language — a customer lookup searchable by name, email or order number; a refund approval queue that flags anything over a threshold; a billing dashboard; a stockroom tracker — and Prized builds it against real company data. The design decision that separates it from the general-purpose app builders is where the data access lives. An admin approves each connector once and scopes what it can see, and every tool anyone subsequently builds inherits that same approved, scoped connection. A support rep building a lookup tool does not get a database credential, and does not get to widen what the connector exposes. Tools deploy behind the company sign-in, and paid workspaces can put each one on a custom domain. Usage is metered in credits that are drawn when the agent builds or edits — a light tweak costs a handful, a heavy build step a few hundred — while running an already-deployed tool costs nothing, which is the right shape for something meant to be used daily by a whole team. The free workspace keeps one tool permanently rather than expiring, so a pilot does not evaporate.
